Our offer
The Carpathian Development Institute has comprehensive expertise in supporting the integrated development of regions, towns and villages and many years of experience with their transfer into practice. The CDI has created many conceptual, educational and investment projects. The success of obtaining funds exceeds 80%. We have elaborated or updated several development documents for the supraregional, regional, city and municipal levels and have implemented tailored training.The CDI implements its own unique methodology to assess the preparedness of an area for development (Development audit) and provides independent monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of development programmes, projects and the use of public and private resources for development activities.
In delivering of its service, the Carpathian Development Institute applies the latest knowledge, sensitivity to local or organizational specificities and takes shared responsibility for the applicability of the results.
The main target groups for the provision of our services are institutions of public administration (with emphasis on local self-government) and the organizations in which the public administration is the founder and co-owner, non-profit specialized agencies, NGOs and other actors, with involvement in or interest in being involved in territorial development. We provide our services not only in Slovakia but also in developing countries.
